Hahaha! Precious picture! My that's a big flap! Hopefully it is not drafty in your house (my Cat flap - which is way smaller - is in the basement, because I always feel, that they are not really tight enough for being in heated rooms. I always felt it a bit drafty around that cat flaps)

this one is in the garage. I would not want one opening to the house. other critters knows how to pass there also besides losing ac/heat
