Both nice. Hard to see much difference. Some glare from the door is probably specular reflection considering the sun angle. I would go into the material room, click on the door and check on the specular value, just below diffuse on the left. Probably 1.0. I would change it to 0.3. You can also make the door a bit less bright by reducing the diffuse value by a bit say from 1.0 to .9. I do this kind of change all the time to help my characters stand out from the environment.
