Description
'1965 Shelby Cobra 427'
It's been said that our greatest teachers are our own mistakes.
Well this is an example of that.
While waiting for a render to finish I was looking through past projects and noticed several error's in this one.
Since this is one of my favorite renders I had to fix it, and I thought I'd go ahead and make a few updates as well.
Fixes: The bolt/nut assembly on the wing windows, the bolt/nut assembly on the two rollbar parts and the inner lense on the signal lights; all had not shader on them.
Adjustments: Changed the shader and top coat for the signal lense covers. Adjusted the light pointed at the nose of the car. Changed the rubber grommets on the rollbar and the front bumper bars. Changed the wiper blade arms from matte black to chrome. Changed the Bumper portion shader.
For render seetings I changed the gamma+, satuaration+, crush blacks/burn highlights=0, ISO-, exsposure value+. And of course I changed the size to 5700x3900, or 19x13 print scale.
Paintshop Pro Ultimate 2021 for post work using NIK Color Efx Pro, ND Filter, Cross Processing and Brilliance/Warmth.
The car is from Turbo Squid and the HDRI is from HDRIHaven.
Shaders used include:
Dimension Theory for the seats,
Toms Iray car paint, chrome, and metal,
Daz Iray for headlisght and signal lense glass.
