Description

I must admit, I have been having some fun trying to get my routine down with this turn-table animation stuff. I've been trying to get all my models in on the fun and it's turning into a two-edged sword, so to speak. I am limited to the clothing and materials and the background so as not to make for such long render times, but I really do like the final product, as simple as it is for 3 or 4 seconds of viewing pleasure. If you put the MP4 on "Loop" it will seam like more. Today I took an older image of Sheri Lyn, our guitar player for the band, and just rotated her with her guitars with literally no background image to cut down on size. I like the final product. If you are enjoying these presentations please let me know. I will intersperse them with static images so as not to get too far from my usual comfort zone for imagery (LOL). Thanks for stopping by and stay safe.

I think its a great idea to mix this video presentation with your still renders of all your favorite girls! Having both will compliment your work very well! Great job on the animation! Looking good! :-)

I agree these can be fun, but oh so time consuming, having to work around our equipment's capabilities, or lack thereof. In this case, congratulations! Very well done. The light is superb. Curious, have you tried working with filament?

I am so new to animation that I don't even know what filament is (LOL)!!! I am not sure how far I even want to take this little journey to the other side. All I can say is that I AM having fun with my new toy! :-)

Looking good, my friend! One day I might do some playing with animations if things here ever calm down...

Fun to view for sure. I'm curious ... what kind of machine you are rendering on and how look an animation like this takes?

My machine is now almost 5 years old. I am running an Intel Quad-Core 3.4 GHz processor and a Geforce GTX 960 video card. 32GB of SDRAM and a 1TB Hard Drive. These small 4 second videos are 800 pixels by 1080 pixels in .avi format and take about 10 to 12 hours to render at this quality. I give each frame about 300 seconds for rendering. The final file size is huge so I put it into a piece of transfer software to make the MP4 that I post. This final transfer keeps the quality and allows for the animation to run smoothly for our viewing pleasure. Hope this answers your questions. Thanks for asking.
