The soup of Acronyms means this is the new "Skyrim Special Edition" 64bit game engine from circa 2017, with a new lighting mod Enhanced Lighting an Effects [ELFX] which is known for being dark and atmospheric. As such the available light is coming only from the fire in the inn, I've actually no idea where the inn is either, as I don't recognise the layout. Though it's unlikely to be anywhere other than Whiterun or Riverwood. Taken in March this year. Over the years I've grown comfortable with the dark, the night hides a multitude of sins after all :) So this is a bit of an experiment really, and as such I've not really tweaked Vilja beyond applying a different appearance mod [Vilja Re-Imagined by Froztee] on top of the base follower. Though she does have a new body mesh [3BBB] The shadows are bit off, but I guess the engine is just about at it's limits and it would be banding if not for ENB, the DoF is also due to ENB, and you can see the ENB light on the table in the back room.
