Description
Today I found this old but very detailed model of an intensive care unit by Ziggie in my library. It is a Poser model but it is also great in Daz Studio. It has a lot of separate props. I started to changed the materials to Iray ones and added a big ghost light (a big plane with an emission material on and a very low opacity value) just below the ceiling. I was surprised about the result that came out of this model.
