Description
A beautiful lass has caught Ernesto's eye--her pink eyes glistening and her albino fur shining in the sunlight and set off beautifully by her gown of lavender and blue. Such beauty. How he wished Sir Walter would return promptly from his walk so he could take his break and perhaps, just maybe, catch up with her...
Thanks for the view and for your greatly appreciated comments.

He's a handsome guard doing guard duty. I like the hand on the hip pose. I hope he catches up with the girlie mouse.

What a jaunty fellow! Heβs so confident in his charms.... I think itβs a fun thing that this model can wear clothes, because it makes them even more adorable.

A mouse in armor, named "Ernesto"---love it! (I love your description of the lady mouse too.) You use the space really well---he's to one side, lots of shadow to his side, the vase balancing him, and he's at the top of the same stairwell that his master was on in the last piece. Also, Ernesto has a wan, pining look---well done! He looks like he really wants to go on break. And you snuck in a blue butterfly too...Maybe he's a poet too. ("A mouse by any other name would smell as sweet"..."a mouse, a mouse, my kingdom for a mouse!"...I'll stop...) Another delight Barb.

Quite the romantic little warrior, this chap! I do hope he gets a chance to win that young maidenmouse's heart.
What a delightful artwork, and a fun series, Barb! Keep 'em coming!

Have you considered doing Martin the Warrior from Redwall?
