Description

I am not really sure how I ended up doing this picture. I had started to work on the new storyline picture, then I thought I wanted to rework Delphine's tunic first and that is what I have done instead. lol Anyway, if Amon is already well established, you might wonder who is Maria? Well, she was the woman bitten by the Vampire in two recent pictures. When I created her I liked how she looked and wanted to make a picture like this with her. She has no back story at all, at least not for the moment. I don't even know what is her speciality. I think she is a warrior, but what kind, I haven't decided yet... You can imagine this image happening before they leave the Guild for doing the investigation who lead to the vampire pictures. Or you can see it just like a random portraits. ;)

I just LOVE the lighting on this. They both look great. I have always refused to buy that outfit used on Maria. It just looks so sleazy in the promos, but it looks great on her. I might have to rethink the purchase. The hair you used on Amon...I wish I could get it to look as good as it does here. I've tried everything it seems, but I think I'm going to have to create new Cutout maps for this hair. We just don't get this sort of unique style like this for the newer Genesis figures.

Thanks a lot! For the light I have used "Autumn Ground" from HDRI Haven, plus two spot lights to highlight their face a little more. :) About Maria's outfit I see what you mean, but I think just adding a belt gives it already more strength, so to speak. I must add that her sash, shawl and boots come from other sets of outfit.
About the hair's shader, of course it depends of the light, but I think the new one I found works really well. I'll send you a PM with my settings for you to try it. :)
