If you are into urban legend and spooky stories, just google 'The Montauk Project.' It's a tale of what happens when you mix way to much off the books black research funding and the all consuming hunger to be the biggest bad-azz nation on the planet. What could possibly go wrong? Please allow me to tell you the little tale of those who tried and ended up getting their faces eaten.
