lol, barb (bakapo)---my thoughts exactly. Somehow you managed to get a shot of a blackbird who looks like he's either waiting for a bus, waiting for a taxi, waiting for his girlfriend to show up, or---just waiting. That beautiful stone walkway becomes a big city intersection---although there are no cars or other birds around. (Must be an early sunday morning.) Terrific eye: You caught a great moment. And the patterns are wonderful contrast to that one lone bird. Love it.
