Thanks Ute, glad you like it :) i'm using "songbird remix" from Ken Gilliland; A lot of bird models are clunky with the joints in the wrong place but these work well if you take the time. I find using reference photos of flying birds helps too.

This is a gorgeous render and my favorite in the series. I know there are only four seasons, but I hope you find a way to make more of these images!

Thanks Richard, glad you like it. I agree that this is the most successful so far; I always think as you work on a series it takes a few to get the feel and fluency. I daresay I will be doing some more of these, taking it beyond the strictly seasonal theme.
