I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

I absolutely love those stairs. Your office is way better than mine. But then, mine is usually a backpack and where ever I happen to be at the moment. I can't wait for the Duncan Donuts to get finished being built, but there's lots of places I have on my list to go and get coffee and write.

My friend...If I am commenting it is because your art intrigues me. Today though, my comment is a blanket message to all of my wonderful friends here. You see, I recently traveled due to a medical condition and missed most of what you posted this week.
My result is that I have a potentially life ending condition, ... BUT ...There are good chances for a moderate to full recovery. That means many more years of seeing your wonderful art. Please accept my apology for missing this week. Know that I am enjoying my gallery visit today. If you get multiple comments from me today, there is no need to read further.
If for any reason you are experiencing lung problems, feel free to contact me and I will gladly share more detail with you on my experiences.

Well at least you didn't seriously bang up your knee like I did recent while weaving wires around an old metal desk. I assure you, it did not move a micron when that special part of my leg struck it with full force.
A gorgeous new setup though. And I love the funky lights.

Oh, trust me - I know well that wonderful(?) knee-bash feeling. I lost count of how many times I've done it. Amazing I still have knee-caps!
Thanks! Those funky lights are basically colored plastic drink glasses from the grocery store, and PVC piping (painted black) from Lowes.. I used clear LED bulbs that run nice and cool and use virtually no power..

Good Lord Man! NASA has less gear than you do. I guess it is worth it for the quality of work you produce. Keep on poking those little pixels.

LOL, Teri! I still don't have any drones flying around on Mars, though! Yet...... 😄

Great, those RJ45 connectors know how to keep a man busy.

Just plain jealous of your setup. I can barely keep my one computer under control. lol
PS: thanks for all your comments on my images. Having a hard time being inspired right nowl

cool setup! glad you got it working; these things are always a quantum level more complicated than anticipated!

ok I'm commenting on another piece even though you said to take it easy...but while I'm here I can't not do another image. (I looked through 20 of your pieces to see what I'd left out, and I was very happy to see I've done quite a few!) (You know how I see what I've done? I look for the most verbose comment on the page! God, your other fans must think, "who the f___ IS this a-hole??? Does he ever shut up???" Frankly, it's embarrassing. I'll understand if you charge me rent...)
Ok: This, is a workspace, sir! This is a workspace...The wires, the many USPS boxes (what you got IN there???), the lanterns, the multiple screens, the pullout shelves, the dark chairs, the many desks---this is a workspace...How in the world do you manage so many computers, screens and drives? I'd go berserk. And as for the surprise that this can take all "day"? Oh, do I know. (When I move but one computer, it's a few hours. The wires have all made love, they intertwine when no one's looking, the DUST is enough to start your own planet, and if you got allergies---as I do---one breath and I'm sneezing up a storm. And you got tons more than me---I'm frankly amazed you did this in just a day....)
And wires on the ceiling, and screen after screen---but those stairs! Duuuude! If I had to walk those every day, I'd go loopy! I'm at the age where if I don't concentrate, I'll lose my step...and if I lost my step on those stairs, no one would see me for 6 months! I take my hat off to you for navigating those things everyday. (So do you get on them via a 'hatch'? I picture you kissing Jo goodbye, opening the hatch in your pressurized suit, roars come up fr the basement, w/ smoke, and screams; you assure Jo "everything's fine", and--in a blaze of flames and smoke---you descend as she mutters, "lord oh lord, never know if he's gonna come back..." And all night, bangs and clanks and screams and electronic beeps come from "downstairs" while the neighbors think, "he's at it again..." I"m telling you, if you came up---days later---with a frankenstein's monster, no one would be surprised. Amazing what you've done Rod: Your knowledge must be vast to manage all this. Love the photos. Next time incl ghosts---you know they're there...come on...

OMG.... You had me in tears, Mark! 🤣😆 Thanks for the great comment and tickling my funnybone - again... LOL Hey, I'm already loopy, so the stairs are no biggie! One day, I'll show you the next room - it's where I keep the controls for the space lasers... 🤣

Everything packed into a smallish room - a bit like mine (though mine is smaller still) with three computers, half-a-dozen external drives, scanner, router, DVD and CD external reader/burners ... I'm not surprised it took a lot of time and some cursing (bin there dun that)! Hope it's a long time before you need to rearrange it all.

Cool setup! Despite the inherent problems that come with networks and different computers trying to communicate.
