So this is your first render or your first post? Either way, very good start. Add a backdrop or set, narrow her eyes just a bit, watch the over extension on that pinky, and you're well on your way. Very good.

Great job for first time out... Keep up the good work. Try working with the lights in Poser next. You will find them to be a powerful tool.
