Description
I decided to replace both commodes in my house. I think the new commodes have good engineering, but the directions are not showing what was included for hardware. I called the manufacturer and the answer "we are temporary over loaded with calls" we can not take your call. the directions says to not return the product to the store where purchased, but to call the customer help line only to get "we are temporary over loaded with calls" we can not take your call

Doesn’t sound good if they are overloaded with calls. Sounds like they have a nut n bolt problem. Just saying !
Many of our services have the same answering system. Being put on hold to wait for the next service agent can take up to three hours 😳😳

Customer service these days is a joke. You pay their (often inflated) price, then when you need help, you either get the "We're too busy..." recording, or if you do get connected, it's to some moron in India than barely speaks English. I always get stuff like that from either Lowes or Home Depot where you can take it back. At least the ones here have always been great to work with.
