This is really good. You have captured the underwater effect quite well. One thing I would suggest- Don't like the background paper texture. Do it on something smooth cause all the horizontal lines make it look like a video camera on a TV- Quite nice job otherwise.

I personally like the texture. [Not that I wouldn't like this wonderful piece without the texture either] Perhaps you could try a version which is crystaline / smooth...
