I am an amateur artist. I enjoy rendering 3D compositions and exploring random trains of thought when creating new images. I get a lot of inspiration from the many wonderful artist here at Renderosity. If you find a render I have created that you like, please give me a comment. I love hearing from you. Thank all of you that have commented on my renders to date. I really appreciate you taking the time to do so!

Can't be the Titanic, she sank on April 14, 1912 at around 11:40 p.m. But maybe one of her sister ships Olympic and Britannic, sorry they sank too. But it could be the cruise ship Symphony of the Seas. Wonderful scene, very beautiful done, like it very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We can time travel here in the Poserverse. Of course it's the Titanic!!
Super image!!

donnena has a point. String theory proposes an infinite number of universes in any of which similar, indeed identical, events in our universe may occur and be contradicted. In one, Oswald missed. In another, North Vietnam lost. In another, the D-Day landings failed. In another, Princess Di lived to a ripe old age. And, possibly, in still another (according to string theory), the Titanic never sank at all. And in still another, that vessel never got beyond the drawing board. The possibilities are endless, thanks to string theory.

Great scene! Excellent work!
Wolfenshire
Endless perfect realities. General relativity reconciled with quantum physics. And thus the titanic floats again.
Radar_rad-dude
Won't the passengers be shocked when they disembark into the 21st century? LOL! Thanks for the comment, Wolf! I greatly appreciate you taking the time to leave one! Love your recent chapter! Most incredible writing! As always, I'm hooked!!!!!

The small boats will escort the Titanic, at least at the start of its one and only voyage. Very nice scene, I like it very much.

I don't want to be the contrarian but I think the ship we are seeing in this awesome render is a Titanic replica that has been built to the exact specifications as the original, by a very wealthy investor. His dream has always been to recreate the event just as it happened on the same route as that ill fated ship had. The only difference now will be...this investor will be the ships captain and he assures us the ship will not sink under his watch! He will be taking reservations soon for this once in a lifetime maiden voyage! Any takers among the brave here in Renderosity land? Please feel free to sign up with Bill at the ticket counter! Just to be clear all the comments above are fantastic, I just felt like adding my own spin to it! :-)

Maybe it is and maybe it isn't. Life is so confusing. Good reflections and colors in this scene.

A replica per chance. Or something they built for the movie.

You have great ideas Radar and I love the what ifs....think the Titanic replica has been delayed but getting started again. Might be two. Also saw in comments a note about Britannic and Olympic. All three ran into things. Britannic struck a mine (or hit by a torpedo) in the Med during the First War and Olympic collided with a British cruiser early in her career (Might have been HMS Drake) and much later the Long Island Lightship. Olympic tended to spin off screws as well. At least she survived to be broken up in 1935. You can buy relics on eBay.
ikke.evc
Her name is on the bow. But sadly, Olympic was broken up.

This could be a Twilight Zone episode. One day, it just sailed into the harbor....
