Hello! My name is Teri and I've been around for over 69 years in various forms. I am happily married (51 years!), have two daughters and four grandchildren.
I discovered Poser 2 many years ago but didn't do much with it. In 2006 I found a copy of Poser 4 and got interested again. I was working in Poser 10 before I switched to Daz Studio in late 2017. I'm gradually getting the hang of most of it.
When not playing on the computer, I help my husband with his start-up Bio Tech business, refinish furniture, knit, crochet, and read. We grab our grandchildren every chance we get and delight in their antics.
Discovering this community has been a great source of fun and support in trying times.I am amazed at the level of talent I see in both the gallery and the products that are offered. It baffles me how little points on a screen can turn into people or trees and move. I'll always be blond I guess!
Thanks for looking.

Looks like she could use a hug. I volunteer..... I know how she feels. I finally got 'round to cleaning the basement a couple weeks ago.... I'm still recovering! LOL
She really does look completely exhausted - you really nailed her expression and body language, Teri! So good to see your wonderful slice-of-life artworks, my friend.

You really captured that "I'm so tired and whopped' look. She needs a relaxing soak in a tube, a glass of wine, and some zzzzzz's until about the crack of noon tomorrow.

A glass of 90 proof numbing agent ? Is it reasonable ? After all...she looks very tired indeed.

again, I'm with rod 100% (on how you nail human expression). She expresses just what you stated in your description. And re her heels---I never knew how women survived heels to begin with, but THOSE heels? Man, those are high heels. (I have a friend who does gold-level ballroom dancing---where she does latin dances with moves that would put me in bed for months---and she does it in heels; and I have no idea how she does that. And she came from ballet, where you'd NEVER dance in heels, I mean it would be unthinkable...) Point is: I can understand why Myah is exhausted.
Love the contrasts---her black against the red cushion and ultra bright white chair (and the silver beneath). The wonderful streamers---you have powerful whites here, so those vivid hues really set them off. Also little things like the yellow ballon on the floor---that's an abstract accent! This is really well designed. And her pose and look are just what you describe, Teri. (Didn't someone tell her, if you're gonna do a fundraiser, wear more comfortable shoes!) Perfectly done.
