Ramona is the Ancorra, the anchor in the 3-person Commitment relationship (anallogous to a marriage) between herself, Aziz and Graham. In the Renfield tradition as noted in the Chronicle of Renfields, the Ancora is the individual that decides to set up housekeeping with two mates and is responsible for choosing mates that will get along. The Ancora is responsible for the emotional welfare their two mates and has primary responsibility for the nurturing of the children in the Commitment.
