The Bradley was developed and built right here in San Jose, CA by the FMC corp. I almost worked there but I got hired by a computer company just up the road (LOL). Very cool photo.

Sweet shot of this Bradley, Richard. Sometimes I think I need one of these the way people drive around here.

when you first posted this, I thought that someone came by to visit, and parked their tank in the street! Obviously that wasn't the case---this is a sacred spot to many---but the way you captured it---ie, in the shade of those beautiful trees, and on the road, so still and casual---it looks like someone drove it to visit you, and left it in the road (and took the keys). A wonderful cozy shot of a beast. It looks so peaceful in this shot. Like the driver git it cheap at a used tank lot...wonderful photo, Richard, esp full size...

Hmm… Use the flash to lighten the front of this tank, you could then have a much better image. — Alternatively, in either DxO PhotoLab or Nikon Capture NX_D (freeware), using the fantastic U-Points technology, you could selectively improve the light of the tank or give it more contrast. — OK you use a Canon camera, but do notice that Nikon Capture NX-D works with ANY Jpg or Tiff file. So if you are shooting a raw picture, convert it to Tiff 16bits to use Nikon Capture NX-D.
