well it seems like I'm doing a series here.. another strange bladed weapon from the manga Blade of the Immortal. this one is usually attached to a chain and thrown, the handcuff action locking around a victims neck. I'll let you figure out what happens next ;) skull from the web, the rest modelled by me.
