Description


Just a pass at doing some rapids and white water in Bryce. Not real happy with the 2d tree maps, but they were more of an afterthought anyway.

You did a very good job with the actual rapids. It is hard to tell which direction the current goes and also the division between still water and fast moving/shallow is way to abrupt. If you look at most moving water ways, there is a V known as the tongue. The rocks, ground, and small plants are really good. You might want to work on the shadows. It looks a little flat like high noon.

jas, the rapids are a water texture applied to a terrain. Sorta experimenting around.
