Description
Amber had crept through the passageways undetected. Or so she had thought... As she entered a hall, the goblinoids had erupted from every hallway. Turning and sprinting back for the way out, she managed to loose an arrow to fell the nearest creature blocking her way. Bursting through, she ran for it. Glancing fearfully over her shoulder, she saw a large group of goblins tearing after her. She wasn't sure she was going to make it but she intended to try. Let's hope the others were not far away!

Sensational Image !!!! So well done on all levels.
I will make a technical note: On my browser, the image only appears as a link. I had to fiddle with the link to see the fabulous render. It's worth waiting for folks !!!!!!
Alias52
Thank you for that. It's odd about the image not showing up. I just did the usual upload thing.

It certainly looks that way but am sure she has a cunning plan up her sleeve! Superb render! Like the dark atmosphere a lot!
Alias52
Thank you! In my mind, she really has no plan other than running to try to get back to her friends (who she left some way away.)

Would love to see you do a story line, it should prove quite entertaining.

Thank you! There is a rough story arc going on. I really must pin myself down and do more of it!

Ha! I was thinking this morning about how many of our images are of beautiful girls facing terrible odds, huge enemies, etc., always with some tiny sword. She must be brave to enter in the first place, but smart to run. I like the realism of both the lighting and character. Those half-melted candles really add to the scene. Well done!!!
Alias52
Thank you! And yes, it is the juxtaposition of fair maiden and the terrible beast that sometimes draws the eye. For my heroines, sensible (mostly) footwear is high on the list of things needed for an adventure. She may not have a big sword but she knows some folks that do!

Excellent work! Great lighting!
