Description
Its likely to be quite a while before i have the time to complete the next pages of Skytown (not finalised the plot, let alone storyboard and render!), so in the meantime, and following on from Flint and Rod's comments on the previous post, here's a little teaser of what's in that box 😉
This was really done as a test for some revised render settings using the post-denoise filter and Mitchell instead of Gaussian pixel filtering in an attempt to get cleaner images... seems to have worked as the first version of this was really grainy...

This is quite a teaser! Their expressions make me even more curious! Looking forward to the next installment!

Oh, I know a few Girls that get that same WTF? look from time to time.... LOL They all look great in that lighting, and you have me wondering just what the heck they've stumbled into. Great job on this, Joe! Thanks, my friend! 👍
"Finalized plot..." What the heck is that? Mine changes daily if not hourly! 😆 Maybe your girls should call my girls... LOL

Hehe a crossover could be interesting!
I use the term "finalised" rather loosely; I plot one page at a time, but I need to make sure i know what the next 4 or 5 panels will need to look like before investing 10 hours or so of rendering time!
p.s. hope all is OK with the house...

Very handsome work, this is stunning !!

nice dramatic lighting from the box (I assume) agree the denoise filter works well on the finishes here, I find, in Poser, that is like taking a hammer to an egg shell which is why I try, conversely, no to use it. For some scenes tho, there is no choice even with the settings pushed to ridiculously high numbers

Fantastic lighting!! Very well done.
