For heavens sake, I already commented on your scene, Linda--must have closed the page without saving my comment...Anyway, this reminds me of the saying "ignorance is bliss." Love the shark's glance at the gal--tasty little snack for him. Obviously, at least to me, this is an allegory--lots of ignorance out there and plenty of sharks feeding off that ignorance, and all the while the honcho predators are tossing out more slop for these ignorant fools, living in "blissful" ignorance, to feed on. That's why everything is going to hell in a handbasket.

I just watched a good show on these critters. The current theory is that the "Great White" was a major factor in the demise of the ancient Giant Megladon (sp) Shark. Seems their speed ,feeding mechanics, and agility took away a major portion of the big boys food sources.
