a dedi for a fellow artist who passed away recently. Moe/Moebiustraveller / Mark. he was one of the premium artists here at renderosiy. and his unique work will be missed. (picking up from where I left off)...I'm very sorry for the loss of your friend, and artist, Moebiustraveller...I wasn't familiar with his work until now, though I've seen his avatar many times in the 3D galleries. I just looked at his work, it's very dramatic and cinematic, and he uses high fantasy and wonderful light and colors...they look like posters for sci fi and fantasy films! A very talented artist, my sympathies and condolences to all who knew and loved him.
Your image is a big, epic battle between these two massive creatures. The wolf is fierce and scary, and that guy---with the mane for hair, and that great blue cooring, and really complex sword---is equally scary. You created the moment of contact. (I wonder if they'll suddenly become friends.) Love the gold light, with all the reds. It's a burning fall image. And it suits Moebiustraveller's work too. Very vivid and powerful, and a very fine dedication, Steve.
