Description

Bryce - Amorphium- Spiralizer - All my own models and textures - all 3D, no post - update of a December 2000 image. If you look up close, you can see the way the Glass Bones and Water reflections are refracted through all its body parts. Fun for me, anyway. 😻 Jane’s Diary - The Sea of Glass Bones This is another one of the silicate creatures that have been developing in recent years. I have seen several of these, but only after dark. They are musical creatures. As they sail through the air, the night breezes move through the hollows of their many odd shapes and produce all kinds of beautiful musical tones all at once. They are called The Night Symphonies. As you can see, they are wingless, and simply seem to have the ability to fly through the air at will. Many of us, who have seen and listened often - believe that they are like composers whose late night mid-air dancing shifts and rotates their various openings to consciously use the air and rivulets of wind to stir their beautiful progressions of harmonies. Symphonies -dependent on speed, angle, torque, altitude and weather. I do love it here. —————- To easily catch the older version, and all of the older images and stories of the Cloud Garden world, click on “Albums” above, and choose, “Jane’s Diary.”

Flying through the air, sometimes invisible, they can find a way into your mind. If you should brush against one of their astral tendrils, it will feel like a tickel, like a gentle kiss on the back of the neck... ;)

Very cool Bryce work!

Another visual treat and the story made me think of the simple pleasure of listening to a wind chime in a Summer breeze.

Visually stunning and beautiful image! The fact that it is generated all within your render, with no additional post work, is very impressive! Your art work is always so original and a pleasure to view! :-)

as a musician I can see your magnetic attraction to transcendent sound and music, and how it brings alive anything it touches. Your glass structures here reveal so many views and reflections (as you say in your description) and overlays of substance and light. There are many layers, in other words, which are all brought into motion by this cosmic music. The reflections of the verticals in the water are almost like molten metal...the whole universe, here, is in motion from the sounds. And I love the light in the structure on the right (in its 'legs' especially), as well as the beam across the horizon. The mix of forms and ambiguity of forms all fit the musical effects you describe. Beautiful.
