Story: Here the clever broker tries to sell this hut to the Crump's as a holiday home!

PS. It took me almost a whole day to create this graphic, who was partly rendered with DAZ-Studio, the transformed old house is from dear Sergge!

A cool summer home, but be careful of the dangerous drop off at the edges in the dark. Lots of neat characters and flowers and animal details in this.... good job!

I wish I were in this scene, now....A delightful old home---on a lake or pond---with a girl on the upper level, talking to a bird, a young woman on ground level who seems to be hiding from the sale...a great outift on the older man (w/ a cane), and you have swans, cats, water lilies (they almost look like lotuses), and a great pine-filled background. A beautiful scene, and I love your characters. Plus that green-tinted yellow boat is a lot of fun. Delightful, Ute.
