Elvan is Lees contact to the Iron Lady, who bought him free. As Nikita is Lees partner and someone with fancy abilities, he is more than welcome to in the Black Paradis (Night Club) too. Elvan is one of the Elves around the Iron Lady. He works at club and has an eye on the entertainment workers like Lee. (he wears contact lenses intensifying the blue in his eyes and adding a fancy ice crystal shape.
