"Here we have our newest creation, the Automated Lifeform for Infidel Elimination or Alfie, for short. As a teenager Alfie will be able to blend into the mainstream. People who see her will never guess who or what she is, especially the people she is assigned to ‘eliminate’. All of Alfie’s interceptions will be accomplished from a distance; although no face-to-face confrontations are planned for her they cannot be ruled out. She is a grade A sniper and, depending upon the job assigned, will have the use of a carbine, pistol or wrist-mounted crossbow shooting arrows containing highly potent neurotoxins. Officially classified as a Weapon of Limited Destruction, Alfie is a human bounty hunter who has been given the equipment to carry out her responsibilities to absolute perfection. The special module implanted in her brain gives her high intelligence and expert problem-solving skills, incredibly perfect muscle coordination for stealth and razor-sharp reflexes. There is also a built-in radar to detect close-by targets and incoming ordinance. The module also can enhance her vision, which is 20/20. Her eyes have the ability to zoom in on distant targets; they can also switch from normal to both night vision and infra-red vision to pick up heat sources. Alfie’s module deadens any emotional responses. She has no fear, feels no guilt or sympathy, all so she can thoroughly complete the goals assigned to her in an ultra-effective manner. She is also trained to focus on the particular subject she’s been assigned to eliminate and ignore any other non-threatening individuals to avoid collateral damage. She is extremely animal-friendly unless, of course, any animal confronting her proves to be hostile and puts her life in imminent danger. Except for those who issue her orders, maintain her health, or fulfill her daily needs, Alfie has neither friends nor friendly contact with outside people. The tasks assigned to her tend to be very exhausting, so it is necessary to give her sufficient down time, and is not assigned more than one mission per week. Being human, Alfie is not indestructible. It is hoped that her built-in radar will prevent her from suffering any injury, but there is no guarantee of that. In the event Alfie is seriously injured and cannot be “repaired”, her module will be transplanted into a backup unit. Also, in the event she is somehow disarmed and is captured, she is instructed to break one of the molars in the back of her mouth which has been filled with a potent neurotoxin. Her death will be swift."
