Our droughts have destroyed many crops and livelihoods.
This scene is awesome however a mere teaser.
I think you would find people out dancing in the street if we got a good rain.

another wonderful night scene from you. I love the dark shadows and the strong lights. And you blurred the image the right amount, to imitate the haziness of rain. The cycle cuts right across the image, as a kind of "exclamation mark": Well composed! And the man looks shocked---maybe he sees someone he doesn't want to see. A mysterious and moody night image, with great rain and light.
Thanks for your wishes for rain---there are many areas that are bone-dry. This summer has been schizophrenic though, because orther areas have been drenched in rain (you're near those areas---such as parts of Deutschland). It seems either there is no rain or too much. And the heat, and the fires....global warming is really here, and it is dreadful...
