A thought provoking and ppoingnantimage, beautifully rendered. One wonders if the artists mannequina nd her portfolio are heading for the same fate as the bunny and teddybears.
And though biblical exhortations would have us "put a side childish things", to this day i still have some of my childhood companions; a little worse for wear and minus some of their stuffing, but they are part of my story so will stay till the final chapter!

the cuddly toys and the mannequin learning to draw are part of the same baggage of this teenager. while the soft toys remain inside, even in the open suitcase, as witnesses of the childhood that built her, the mannequin is doomed to go outside. She holds her open-air easel box in her left hand as she looks at the completed painting of a portrait of a woman. It's a kind of road sign in the middle of a derelict cityscape. Finding your adult path through art, such is my allegory.
