Cool color. I remember seeing this in ads back in the day! Nice photo.

This is great. These cars attempted to capitalize on a muscle car look in a economy frame. I guess it worked to a degree but don't bet a pink slip on it.

I forgot that angled, cramped back window: It seems so antiquated now! I assume that was considered sporty; and I'm sure this gremlin--in this condition---would be worth a lot today. I love the light around it too, the car is spotlighted. And the cream against that pale purple-blue is beautiful. A scintillating shot of a real old beauty. (And it says "Levi's" on the front. Does it double as a pair of jeans?) (gotta be rough on the dry cycle...)

Strange shapes.

This is one fine example of a Marque, I've never seen before, Richard.

There is no logic to it, but Iβve always loved the Gremlin. Itβs ugliness is iconically beautiful. You captured that.

OMG....
I actually had one of these... Imagine this in dark green, and that was mine. Not a Levi's Edition though. Sadly it was one of the worst cars I ever owned - Gremlin was an appropriate name. Spent more time in the shop than on the road, it seems. It did look cool, though.
Great shot of this, Richard!

LOL My friend had one of these. I cant remember what he put in engine wise. All I recall is he couldn't keep it on the road. Ass end would get out from under him. My other friend kept kicking is butt with his Duster...Go Mopar ! Thanks for the memories on this one : )

I was that lucky kid with hundresd of hotwheels, and this little ugly sucker was always one of the go to for playing. I will always remember that little ugly silver hotwheel Gremlin. Hey at least its not a Pinto!
