@paul_gormley Thank you Paul! I have been to Vietnam a couple of times, and the Vietnamese food is good, although I more prefer the beautiful scenery and the friendly people. If you are unable to make a trip there, then perhaps you may try a local Vietnamese restaurant, but find one with an authentic Vietnamese chef and you will come close to the same culinary experience.
