In a remote part of Japan to the north of Tokyo where it bends as a backward L, there is an ice cream parlour the size of a small caravan (trailer) that serves Italian water ices including blood-orange, of course it is 6 hours drive away now we've moved sad to say :) love the colours

Thanks, I guess if you are mentioning this spot. It must be kick@$# good. That's the one thing so great about small businesses, they can be so specialized and unique. So much so we will trek across country for that great experience homogenized mega corps like Walmart etc. can't even begin to match. A gem like that can not be copied and paste, they are treasures.
