Description
Still working on a realistic wolf texture :-) I could never have gotten this far without Vethril's help (she remapped the wolf for me not once but twice so that I could detail the face.. no doubt she will be VERY glad when I finish this project .. LOL) Thanks sis!!
And thank you Wolfgar for the TONS of reference photos and years of inspiration.

Thanks for the comments :) I would love to offer it when it is finished.. at the moment the face is the only part of it that is complete... the rest is more complicated and is taking a while (especially for a newb who doesn't really understand the meshes and such) Hopefully it'll get there and render as well from all angles crosses her fingers and goes back to work on it

I really think I've never seen such a perfection (maybe with Maya Fur, otherwise...) This is photo-realistic, I hope it wont become the standard otherwise I can erase my harddrive loll. OH...My...GOD!!! That is the best damn wolf I have ever seen rendered. Poser or not! I can't believe it's the actual Poser wolf with a different texture. Mind blowing. I want it. Can I please have a copy when it's done??? Pretty please, with sugar on top.I'm in awe of this.

That's a truly amazing render! I've been staring at it and the wolf is almost like a photo!! Wow...I love wolves and have a big painting of 6 wolves in a snow storm but this beats that hands down! (hmm...and I paid 600 bucks for that!! hahaha!!)
