Well its obvious isn't it? The psycho bear has stolen a priceless interfrastical n-dimensional poly-morphomotrictor, from the galactic patrol, who have enrolled the Sheriff's posse to help hunt it down. Being made of gold, the pirates want to get their hands on it too. So disguised as a witch, the bear plans to steal a spaceship for his getaway....

It has to be a magical time portal of sorts! I see Gandalf on the top layer getting ready to cast a spell on the unwelcome intruders! And a sailing ship from the distant past seems to have been sucked into the weaves of the tower! A most amazing and thought provoking scene! Well done!
