best to start off by dropping the fish, very cool confrontation

If I was the eagle, "there are plenty of fish in the ocean / lake / stream / or river" logic would apply and dropping the fish as was stated in the above comment is the smart choice, then flap my wings a few times to get outta the grizzly's face.
