superb fairy tale image, Steve---of the quality of a book illustration. Folklore is filled with dragon-slayer tales (St George and the Dragon is one), where the hero/heroine saves their people by slaying the dragon. Here you combine it with the old fairy tale tradition of "the golden egg" (which is often laid by a goose). Here, your slayer is a woman, which is always welcome; and she's clad in gorgeous luminous greens and blues, over dark leather leggings, etc. She has a beautiful sword, and her gloves are beautiful too...and as you always do, you coordinate her lip and eye makeup with the browns and reds around her. A perfect pose too: She's about to strike, when you stepped in and "photographed" her...
The rocks are a beautiful red, the sky is a burning autumn red, the dragon is a knockout red, and the image feels like a snapshot of a visionary fairy tale. Brilliantly done, Steve. Great colors! (And thank you, as always, for your wonderful and loving comments. They mean the world to me, and I'm truly grateful.)
