my friend and neighbor has told that he wants the wood from the tree that is coming down. I am tired of picking up acorns. they fall all over the place. I can mulch leaves

I feel your pain with the acorns... The squirrels take care of most of those, though. What drives me crazy is all the sticks / branches that constantly fall out of the several trees in my backyard. I have to clean up sticks for 2 hours before I mow.
