you never let up in your great sense of color, or the powerful presence of your characters and objects, or your composition, etc. This is marvelous. There's an underlying deep-orange theme---an autumn orange, a gold orange theme. But you use grays throughout, to give the 'deathly cast' to your piece---your model has just crawled out of the grave, since it's a Halloween image w/ the headline "Tales from the Crypt". I love how she stares at us with that macabre dead-pan look---and she's so relaxed! Almost bored---love it! The contrast of her grays (and the gray tombstones) with those beautiful oranges is terrific, Steve. You put the oranges in her hair, her bracelets, even on the skull (well, those are pale oranges, but still oranges). I love the playful ghosts on the top too---they look like relatives of Casper the Friendly Ghost. And you have your usual way with titles, fonts, etc. Terrific, and packed with little details that are delights. Bravo.
