Yes, another Mermaid scene--just can't help myself :) Thanks for the view and for your comments--greatly appreciate your support. The Mermaids textures (Pearl for Coral 8.1) are the creation of Spiritfoxy--the package was available here, but unfortunately no longer is.

ditto the above, esp barb and steve...another lush mermaid from you, and this one says "monumental" as well as lusciously relaxed. She's posed on a (rock) pedestal, with a great bare tree-like seaweed, and in front of a statue of nemo? Odysseus? (I don't remember a lot of those sea gods and goddesses, but the male with the scepter/sword is a heavy-duty backrest for your star, and I like that he's the support for her, not the other way around). She's all opulence and flow, and she's all color too: She conveys leisure (your title) while also real power. And the background is a big cave, and the light is more of your light from above coming down like rays from the heavens. This cries out to be wall size, as the detail on your mermaid is lush, and I love her hair standing straight up.

(as an anthropologist, you probably know a lot more about the history of mermaids and sea gods/goddesses than I do, but I remember mermaids had a stormy history...your images give a lush and inviting feeling to them...and you've 'irised' this image ((the softening of the edges)) to make it feel more intimate...and those rocks almost spill like they were made of sea billows...)
