where is it and why is it closed

It's in arguably the largest mall in Romania, in Bucharest. The lackeys will impose a lockdown starting at midnight on September 25th. Only the "immunized" (once, twice, n times) and who have the green Ausweis... Ihre Papiere bitte! ... will be allowed to eat there / buy for takeaway. so many businesses just put the lock on the door and say soff u dogs and good riddance economy.
Apparently not an intelligent move, but in fact a malevolent one, because the college is due to begin in a week from today and the city is full of young people barely waiting to see their colleagues in-person and join them outside for a beer or a movie or something, but no, it is Verboten! Whoever playes these games with the people, plays with basic human needs, among which there's the need to socialize, to go outside and play. Some day, some day, all this will turn against them, the people will find them and will not end well. Nobody kicks basic humanity below waist and leaves the boxing ring unscathed.

Thank you very much. Someone said that the end of the world will be when there 'll be no more roads between people. Looks like a lot of roads are being severed indeed.
