Shadow People are seemingly a relative new theme (in the last 10 years or so) on late night talk radio. Spooky beings. You did a fine job. Well done.

Yes, something to do with sleep paralysis and semi-conscious states. I remember cringing from shadows i thought were crawling across the ceiling when I was young.
