Lovely composition and yes, a great spot to have a picnic but, a little bit farther, I assume.
Great ideas and great render, Bill.

Flip a coin to see who backs up? But after the picnic, of course. That's a crazy road, nice job of using it.

You know, there's alway someone who thinks he can pass. I guess the one closest too a passing area.

Makes me think of Le Vercors...where is it supposed to be ? I once had a similar experience on a jeep trail next to Grand Canyon...it really was scary !

You could be right about the location for this road! I don't know where it is exactly. I did a search on google for windy French roads and this one was my favorite and suggested this image to me. Thanks so much for commenting! Always a pleasure hearing from you! Take care my friend! Have a great week!

Well, that's an excellent way to start a picnic!

This is a really cool setting. Love it

Nice render, it reminds me of the Road to Hanna I once drove in Hawaii while on the island of Maui. There, a very narrow road similar to this one exist and its not an easy one to transverse with two cars at the same time. Its doable but not without the tires of one car going near edge of the cliff on some parts of the road. (if you are ever driven on a narrow road over a mountain...it will be an experience never to be forgotten) Well done! :-)

Oh how I can relate to that road. My wife and daughter and I dove that scary road back in 2000 when we visited the island. Never knew what we were getting into until it was too late! LOL! That one outcropping cliff hanger just before it ends really scared the crap out of me. Looked like about a 500 or 1000 foot drop right into the ocean if you fell off or if the outcropping gave away! Yes, I will never forget that drive. Learned later you aren't supposed to drive your rental car on that road. They won't honor your insurance if you do and anything happens. Well, I don't think anyone would be alive to tell the story if something happened, if you know what I mean. LOL. Thanks so much for commenting, JohnnyM! I greatly appreciate it!

I'm thinking it might be one of the Gorges du Verdon roads, which I've had the pleasure of driving on. The landscape is similar. I think the roads are one way round the gorge for a reason!

Very nice point of view. Great work!
hashdoc
ok, that's a problem! Maybe a picnic ist the best idea!

I wouldn't fancy backing up - espacially if there's a long way to go! Great cars and image.
