Cute - and hungry - little ladies! I remember a time I could down a burger and a hot dog in one meal without blinking an eye. If I tried that now, I'd end up in the ER... LOL
Fun work here, Ute!

Hungry children. Good poses and faces. This looks good, I like the added dandelions. The point of view is really awesome.

Hahaha, der Gesichtsausdruck des vorderen Mädels ist einfach köstlich! Aber so schaut man halt aus, wenn man gleichzeitig einen Burger und einen Hot Dog isst. :)

Very cute! I haven't tried much with rendering children which I think poses a particular challenge. I think this rises to the challenge very successfully!

This is a 100% pure European scene: You'd never see this in North America. (Well, you might see it in Quebec City, Canada...) I love the cloistered look of this, and the tilt---you've tilted the image just enough that it feels very lived-in, very real. And, walking down these beautifiul old cobble stone steps: 2 hungry children. They're identically dressed (I love it), with the same ribbons in their hair---in fact their hair is equally long and black. And they're carrying the same treats. They actually look like hamburgers and hot dogs---though I thought they were pastries when I first saw this image. (I first saw it last week.) And, as barb (bakapo) says, the added dandelions are a perfect touch. In fact, you add fresh green by adding the dandelions and the trees on either side, in front. It draws us into the image. Charming and magical, a beautiful evocation of childhood joys. (If those are hot dogs, do they sell hot dogs in France??? They're really not good for anyone, lol. They're pure fat, and god-knows-what-else is in them. But hey---they're just kids, they can handle anything, I'm sure. God, if I ate that food today, I'd be unconscious for a week...)
