Description
Beta surfaced. "So bright and beautiful!" she thought.
The woman on the blue jet ski pointed and frantically shouted, "Look out!"
He continued to steer with his foot and shouted back, "What?!!"
Molly's art notes: This was set up and rendered in Poser 12.0.619 using Superfly Cycles 2. The figures are Neo and Nova by Vyusur. Neo is wearing some clothing that came with the figure and Nova is wearing refitted gear from La Femme. The jet skies are personal watercraft by Apograficos. The setting is by 2nd World. I used some water FX by Flink to help with the wakes of the jet skis. I did some retexturing using materials by Dimension3D (RIP) and Vince Bagna.

Thank you, Paul. "Sunny Days" lighting is easier for me than the dimly lit stuff in my steampunk story. The content here is really great, too. I'm delighted that you can make out Nova's expression in the background; I really spend a lot of time on details like that!

uh oh, I hope she goes back under before it's too late, lol!!! Both envoy scenes are wonderfully done. The bright colors are cheerful and make me wish summer lasted more than it does (I am NOT a winter person). Curios to see if there will be a part 3 (and hopefully a happy ending, lol)

I'm glad you like it, Ruby T. Actually there are 10 or 12 pictures in this series so far with the alien envoys (who as in B-movie science fiction from the '50's are all attractive women) make a bad landing on earth and the science officer, Beta, leaves the sunken craft to explore the vicinity. I had in mind quite a bit of cheap B-movie peril and cliff-hangers (as in this picture) and will doubtless continue. It's easier to follow at my Deviant Art site where linking pictures and such is easier for me to figure out than here.
