Description
I have been screwed up for days. I misplaced some things including photos. I hope I find the photos so I do not have to return to the Museum in Oklahoma even though I really enjoyed being there. I might try to visit a friend since childhood while I am there. still need to locate the grave of one of my sisters that died before I was born. last time I tried, it was very hot.
I came across an old receipt of buying gasoline. the price was $1.69 a year ago this month. I bought the other day for $2.69, but the price jumped to $2.95 in some stations yesterday

That looks like the Sierra's from Owne's valley but I guess not. Gas is over 4.50 here, it must be a special blend !!!

Wonderful lanscape, superb photo. The gas prices can be more than ridiculous high. I'm still smiling when I think of people imagining we could all switch to electrical cars. Where will the old ones be stored, and how much carbon dioxide will need to be released to build the copper wires for those engines and to pour electricity into batteries. I'm not expecting those batteries be filled with green electricity. I'm not a big fan of driving fans with wheels...

another of your balanced and classic landscape shots. The mountains have a beautiful bluish tint, and they cradle the foreground. And the foreground is this bleached dry green---almost olive green---over an almost orange-tinted sand hue. A dry valley leading to the feet of a low-hanging beautiful mountain range A real beauty, Richard, and not knowing L.Vegas, it's amazing to me that this barren landscape is so close to that glitzy town.
