I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Yeah, that's what I was hoping for! Bring her in, maybe even give her a new high-tech sniper rifle to practise with (soon!)

Great installment! More twists and turns. Can't wait to see what happens next. Hang in there... because I can't drive due to my neuropathy I've basically been "self-quarantined" for almost 5 years... so I understand how you feel.

You are a great director Rod. Impressive your fluency and the ease with following the story. No stumps and bumps, it's all the time like a smooth road, a butter smooth, impressive fluency. The addictive story and the gorgeous ladies is just a bonus. Your talent makes your story feel like a movie, it's definitely outstanding. No idea where and how you put that eyes-glued-to-the-canvas stuff, I assume it's a secret. A most brilliant, magnificent Masterpiece of Finest Arts. I love it!

Great job on this page. Just a note; Natali is gay, she never it kept a secret so it's something Abby knows also.

Yeah, I remember her and Kylie kinda cuddling in one of your pages.. I still enjoy going back and revisiting their adventures, John. You did a great job with it! 👍

Ah, the ego is always the downfall. I think she has a long way to go before she can join the team. She already proved she has poor judgement skills. But then, that's just me, I'm wary of the tiger that claims to change its stripes.

Wow Rod! Amazing renders and an awesome story to go along with it...I am impressed! When you mentioned that you would be doing a backstory of the director, I immediately thought of you and how you will be revealing your special skills, I also thought of Liam Neeson the actor and all his special skills in the "Taken" series of movies he's done! I will be looking forward to the next chapter when we get to see what special skills both the director of the TNA team and the director of this fantastic story has my friend! :-)

Amazing storys and scenes!!!

an emotional installment, with a touching end. The first 2 frames are in the dark spot where they found Natali, and the light is dark red and yellow, very noir-ish. Also I love that N's head is "crowned" by that neon jukebox light. You arrange everyone around a small table, and it gives the feeling of acceptance (and it's managed in your typically clear and defined way---there's no muddle even though this is a shadow-filled place; each of the women stand out vividly). And we can see, by their expressions and poses, that they're accepting Natali into the group. (And we're left wondering about what they'll reveal of Firefly...setting up future moments...)
Then--bang! Light again! What a brightly lit place the final frames are---those yellows are very uplifting, esp after the dark reds and yellows of the previous scene. We get to see what Natali feels, and her 'confession'. She was treated badly, and there is compassion and reason for her deeds. I'm struck, too, that most of the outfits are dark, which makes their clarity in the previous frames (and in the previous page) all the more impressive. Your usual mastery of costume is here...And I like Kinnie's reflective posture, her face hidden and her hand over her face. And Natali sits as one exhausted and confessing. You have 2 insets so far, and they serve to unite the storylines.
Then she's accepted into the group---forgive me if I don't remember the woman who hugs her (I've been gone a lot of late and my memory of each name isn't my strong point), but they give each other love and acceptance, and it completes this part of the story for them, and brings acceptance for Natali, which is touching. Your portrait of N wanting forgiveness in the last frame is touching, as is the instet of her in-closeup. So she's accepted in full when it's all over---consummately done, Rod; you brought it all together beautifully. And you're going to do more with G4? And then the Director? I've always loved when you did backstory. This installment feels like a full stop (like the end of a chapter in a normal novel): It feels ready for more new material. I can't imagine what goes into these visuals...you've done very exacting work during a rough time in your day to day life (covid, quarantining, all the stuff with your home and so on). I hope your fall is treating you and Jo well, and thank you again for your wonderful and caring comments and feelings, Rod. I'm very grateful for them all. Enjoy your October, hope it's getting colorful where you are! Take care!
