The problem with humans is that they may only work 8 hours, need constant meal and toilet breaks - and sleep, otherwise their performance degrades rapidly.
If you have two or more they often spend too much time bickering - or socialising, here or via their tablets, and of course there are some you have to keep away from alcohol, especially when we dock on a planet and the humans are entitled to shore leave.
How on Earth they ever managed to develop Us is a mystery to me...
