Description

I christened him Stan, I told him if he looked behind him he would see that the bird feeders were full. He didn't mind me taking his picture. Thanks for all the lovely comments, so appreciated. x

Going on my experience with pigeons here in NYC, they aren't seed eaters--they like very small pieces of stuff, like bread, broken up popcorn, even rice--their beaks don't seem to be designed to work with seeds. Or maybe NYC pigeons are just to lazy to work with seeds :) Obviously someone behind Stan is going for those seeds.

The pigeons eat all the seed. They are greedy 😋. They have 3 feeders, the smaller birds feeders are on another tree, they have, seed, peanuts & fat balls. Costs more to feed the birds than the girls 🙂
